This is our first Christmas in Spain. Like us, during these holidays, many are reaching for the familiar warmth of friends and family far away. Some connections happen around a table, others through a screen. What matters is the feeling that someone is on the other side, listening and caring.
In our line of work, it’s easy to only see the bad that happens around technology and we often forget that technology has done and is still doing a lot of good. Tools can bridge distance, help people check in on loved ones, and keep traditions alive when travel or timing gets in the way. A short message, a shared photo, or a calm video call can make someone feel included.
For this reason, we have chosen to only publish positive posts for the entire period of this holiday season. While some of our articles might sound cheesy or not as tech-centred, it’s important to take a pause from the world, and be reminded that it’s okay to relax and appreciate what we have.
